Stefan Prochaska is the successful head of a law firm which has been in the family for three
generations. In 1924, his grandfather Josef Prochaska opened his law firm in Innsbruck, and his son
Bernhard Prochaska took over in 1958. In 2001, Stefan Prochaska established the firm of PHH
Prochaska Havranek Rechtsanwälte, initially under its original name Prochaska & Partner Rechtsanwälte.
Mr Prochaska's special area of expertise is in dealing with complex and controversial matters, even if or especially if they have attracted the attention of the public. In 20 years of practising law, he has amassed in-depth knowledge and legal skills going far beyond only one field of specialisation, enabling him to craft solutions with foresight, particularly in complicated matters, taking account of the various layers of an issue and grappling fully with all of the attendant detail.
Stefan Prochaska serves as a member on the boards of private foundations, and as a supervisory board member and an advisory board member of various companies.
He is fluent in German and English.
